Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Shepherd’s Shelf Mobile Messaging Terms

Shepherd’s Shelf operates an optional marketing text messaging program. By expressly opting in through our SMS signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional texts from Shepherd’s Shelf at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include new arrivals, special offers and promotional reminders about our rewards program. Message frequency varies.
SMS participation is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation or earning purchase store credit. Subscribing to our email list or providing a phone number at checkout does not by itself constitute SMS marketing consent.
Shepherd’s Shelf does not charge a separate subscription fee for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a message from us or use its unsubscribe link, where available. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP to a message from us or email hello@shepherdsshelf.com. You may also contact that email address to request removal from SMS marketing.
Provide a number that you own or are authorized to use, and notify us if you change it or stop using it. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
